ORDER
Arun Kumar Goel, President - This matter was further heard in terms of the order dated 2.4.2007 and clarifications sought were given by both the learned Counsel. Save and except that Mr. Sharma sought time to verify from the Parwanoo Branch of oposite party, as to whether proposal form was obtained from the complainant every time the insurance was renewed till 2005, which prayer is declined. However, on instructions from the officer who is present, he stated that in case of renewal of a policy, proposal form is only taken where there is some change of circumstances, otherwise not.
2. This complaint has been filed for the grant of following reliefs:
(a) Sum of Rs. 30 lacs along with interest at the rate of 12% per annum from the date of the payment of the said amount i.e. from the 27th December, 2004 till the date of receipt of the said amount by the complainant from the respondent-Insurance Company.
(b) On account of deficiency in service for non-payment of the amount paid to the passengers travelling in the Ropeway as a sum of Rs. 2,50,000.
(c) For harassment to the claimant company resulting out of non-reimbursing payment of the compensation made by it to the passangers and the
