The above mentioned appeals are against the impugned order dated 9.7.2012 passed by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Hoshiarpur (in short the "District Forum") and are disposed of by a single order as all the appeals are against the same order. The facts are taken from First Appeal No. 1107 of 2012 and the parties would be referred by their status in this appeal.
