ORDER
Mrs. Silpi Majumder, Member - This appeal has arisen out of the majority judgment passed by the learned Members of learned District Forum, Kolkata- Unit-II on 11.5.2010 wherein the learned Members of the said Forum, allowing the complaint in contest have directed the OP to refund the cost of Air tickets and the cost of the ticket of West Bengal Tourism Development Corporation amounting to Rs. 14,280 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of the certified copy of the judgment, failing which it would carry interest @ 12% p.a. from the date of filing of the complaint till realization. The OP was further directed to pay compensation of Rs. 80,000 to the Complainant for causing harassment, mental agony and loss suffered due to cancellation of the flight and unfounded submission made by the OP. The learned President of the said Forum below has passed a separate judgment whereby he was pleased to dismiss the complaint on contest without any cost.
