ORDER
Kalidas Mukherjee President - This order relates to hearing on the Miscellaneous Application 421 of 2014 filed by the Complainant praying for referring the matter for expert opinion to All India Institute of Medical Science at New Delhi for proper adjudication of the dispute.
2. It has been stated in the petition that the case is pending at the stage of filing evidence on affidavit by the Complainant. Having gone through the W.V. of the doctors and the Hospital Authority, the Complainant has prayed for sending the instant matter to an expert for opinion and for proper adjudication of the dispute as many technical issues are involved. The Complainant has prayed for referring matter to AIIMS, New Delhi or to any other reputed Hospital outside West Bengal as may be deemed fit and proper. It has further been stated in the petition that the Complainant is ready and willing to bear all the costs for obtaining such medical opinion, if required.
3. The OP Nos.5 to 9 has filed written objection contending, inter alia, that no expert opinion is necessary for proper adjudication of the dispute. It has been stated in the objection that there are a good number of doctors in the field of Ha
