Aggrieved by the orders in Consumer Complaint Nos. 19/2010, 38/2010, 42/2010, 65/2010, 01/2011, 04/2011,12/2011, 22/2011, 23/2011, 24/2011, 25/2011, 26/2011, 27/2011, 32/2011, 33/2011, 34/2011, 36/2011, 38/2011, 61/2011 and 79/2011 passed by the Rajasthan State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Jaipur (in short "the State Commission"), IDBI Bank has preferred these Appeal Nos. 116, 117 ,224, 319, 364, 387-393, 407, 408, 427, 430, 431, 436, 437 and 602 of 2015 under Section 19 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 (in short "the Act"). By the impugned order, the State commission has directed the Appellant herein not to recover any amount from the Complainants prior to the receipt of the possession of the allotted flats; the loan amount shall be recovered from the Developer who is the principal debtor; the Developer shall disburse the amount deposited by the Complainant with interest at 12% p.a. from the respective dates of deposit till the date of realisation or handover the possession within three months from the date of order; the Appellant herein shall take all steps to remove the Complainant's name from the defaulters list of CIBIL; the
