ORDER :
1. Complainant is a registered partnership Firm duly registered with Registrar Firms on 30.01.2008 (Annexure A-1). The present complaint has been filed through its partner Jatinder Kumar. To cover the risk of stocks, the complainant had availed the services of the opposite parties and got insured the stocks vide Standard Fire and Special Perils Policy bearing No. FMD-0006080000100 (Annexure C-2) for the period 26.04.2010 to 25.04.2011 for a sum of Rs. 1,25,00,000/-. At the time of obtaining the policy, the complainant firm was being run at S.R. Pharmaceuticals, 106, Vikas Nagar, Gali No. 2, Phoosgarh Road, near Sector-6, Karnal and during the subsistence of the policy, the complainant firm had shifted to their new premises at 172-B, Sector-3, HSIDC Industrial Area Karnal on 28.5.2010 for which the opposite parties were duly informed by the complainant for necessary endorsement (Annexure C-3) regarding the change of risk location as well as mailing address on the policy.
