ORDER :

1. The brief facts of the present case as stated in the complaint are that Yudhvir Singh, son of the complainant had purchased a Life Insurance Policy bearing No. 005293853 dated 27.12.2011 (Annexure C-1) from the opposite parties for which he had paid premium of Rs. 10,280/- and Rs. 3000/- under the head of Annual Premium and Rider Premium respectively and the policy was issued up to 31.12.2011 and the date of maturity of the policy was 31.12.2041. Unfortunately, on 16.4.2012, the life assured Yudhvir Singh died in a road side accident. F.I.R No. 62 dated 16.4.2012, u/s 279 and 304-A. I.P.C. (Annexure C-2) to this effect was lodged at P.S. Badhara, District Bhiwani. The complainant applied for claim of the policy as per the provision prescribed for the purpose on 10.5.2012 and submitted all requisite documents to the opposite parties' office and the opposite parties were liable to pay Rs. 40.00 lacs under the aforementioned policy to the complainant under the heads of sum assured and rider sum assured for rider namely accidental death and disability (20 lacs under eac
