ORDER :

1. The present appeal has been filed by the appellants/complainants (hereinafter referred to as “the complainants”) against the judgment dated 23.02.2012 of the learned District Forum, Jaipur camp Jaipur (hereinafter referred to as “the DCF”) in Complaint no.180/2011 (1297/07) titled Km. Bharti Mathur & ors. v. State of Rajasthan & ors. whereby the complaint of the complainant was dismissed.

2. Brief facts giving rise to the present appeal are that Mrs. Rajesh Mathur, the mother of the complainants was a member of Personal Accident Group Insurance Scheme of the State of Rajasthan and was a permanent employee in the Health Department. Mrs. Rajesh Mathur met with an accident on 20.01.2002 while she was on way to her office and she died consequent to that accident. An FIR was lodged and an investigation u/s 174 CRPC was conducted. All the complainants were minor at the time of death of their mother and they were not aware of the Personal Accident Group Insurance Scheme of the State.
