ORDER :
Monika Malik, Member—The present revision assails the order dated 2.6.2016 passed by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Gwalior in C.C.No. 77/2016, by which the petitioner’s/complainant’s application seeking to close the right to file the evidence, by the opposite party/respondent has been dismissed.
2. Briefly stated, the facts of the case as narrated by the complainant/petitioner are that the complainant’s/petitioner’s father during his life-time had obtained an electricity connection No. 00-4-603, and was regular payer of electricity bills with respect to the said electricity connection. It is stated that after his father’s demise on 8.2.2005, the petitioner was using said electricity connection and thus he is a beneficiary in this regard. It is stated that the complainant/petitioner had filed a complaint alleging deficiency in service on the part of the opposite party/respondent regarding their act of permanent disconnection of the said electricity connection without seeking permission from the complainant/petitioner and without any application from him
