ORDER :
1. This complaint has been Held against the opponent alleging deficiency in service and unfair trade practice on the part of the opponent.
2. It is the case of the complainant that he received an e-mail dated 27.7.2013 from the opponent regarding job opportunities in Kuwait for general helpers. Pursuant to the same, the complainant visited the office of the opponent at Baroda on 5.8.2013. The opponent offered the complainant a job at Kuwait and asked him to deposit '"60,000/. undergo medical test and submit his PCC and Passport. After negotiations, the complainant agreed to pay Rs. 55,000/- only. On 5.8.2013, the complainant made payment of Rs. 7,000/- to the opponent as advance and also paid Rs.3,000/- for medical test. The opponent however, could not provide job to the complainant at Kuwait. The opponent citing some problem offered the complainant a job at Dubai instead of Kuwait which the complainant accepted. However, that offer also did not materialize Thereafter, the opponent offered the complainant a job at Malaysia for which the opponent asked the complainant to pay Rs.70,000/-, purchase flight ticket and pay working visa stamping charges for 2 years.
