ORDER

R.K. Verma, Judicial Member.—This order shall dispose of an application filed by the applicant for condonation of delay to file revision petition against order dated 21.07.2018 passed by District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Sirmaur at Nahan, whereby the applicant was proceeded against ex-parte in Complaint No.5/2018.

Facts of the case

2. Briefly stated, facts giving rise to the instant application are that the respondent No.1 has filed the aforesaid complaint against the applicant and another before the Fora below in which the applicant was served for 21.07.2018. As the applicants did not put in their appearance on that day, the learned Fora below proceeded against it ex-parte. The applicant has challenged this order in the instant revision petition on various grounds. Along with the revision petition the applicant has filed the instant application for condonation of 538 days delay in filing the revision petition. In this application it has been submitted by the applicant that in this case the complaint was taken up for hearing for the first time on 24.02.2018 in which the applicant was arrayed as opposite party No.1.
