JUDGMENT
Rajinder Kumar Goyal, Presiding Member.—The instant appeal has been filed by the appellants/opposite parties No.2 & 3 against the order dated 03.05.2019 passed by District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Ferozepur, whereby the complaint filed under Section 12 of the CPA Act, 1986 by the complainant was allowed and the opposite parties No.2 & 3 were directed to pay Rs.1,00,000/- as difference of price i.e. market value of the vehicle and value for which the opposite parties sold the tractor of the complainant as well as compensation and mental agony, pain and harassment. They were further directed to pay Rs.5,000/- as litigation expenses to the complainant.
It would be apposite to mention that hereinafter the parties will be referred, as have been arrayed before the District Commission.
2. Brief facts, as averred in the complaint are that the complainant purchased a Tractor Make Eicher 480 Simpson DC WDB, 42 HP bearing RC No.PB-22-K-7496 for a total consideration of Rs.5,50,800/- on 01.06.2016 from opposite party No.1 and the same was got financed from opposite parties No. 2 & 3.
