ORDER
R.S. Rajeshree, Member, Non-Judicial—This is a complaint filed by the Complainant under Section 17(a) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986, praying this Commission to direct the Opposite Parties:—
(i) To pay the complainant a sum of Rs.30,60,000/-(Rupees thirty lakh and sixty thousand only) to the complainant.
(ii) To pay the complainant an interest of 18% per annum on Rs.30,60,000/- (Rupees thirty lakh and sixty thousand only).
(iii) To pay an amount of Rs.40,00,000/- (Rupees forty lakh only) as damages to the complainant towards mental agony, losses on account of related and ancillary expenditure to the complainant caused due to the deficient services that the complainant has suffered at the hands of the opposite party.
(iv) Costs of the present proceeding.
(v) To pay an amount of Rs.12,70,410/- (Rupees twelve lakh seventy thousand four hundred and ten only) towards parking charges to be paid to the Audi Body shop and service centre along with future parking charges.
(vi) To pay car rental charges for own usage for an amount of Rs.57,00,000/- (Rupees fifty seven lakh only) with future rental charges at Rs.80,000/- p.m., till realization and pass such other order
