( 1 ) THIS court issued rule on 28. 10. 99. Today when the matter is called out Mr. Mishra, tenders an affidavit in reply which is filed in CA No. 1521/2000. Mr. Mishra, request that the same can be treated as an affidavit in reply filed in the main petition also. It is stated in the said affidavit in reply that the petitioners in the said Spl. C. A. are already regularised. The grievance of the petitioners does not survive. The petition is disposed of. Rule is discharged with no order as to costs. Interim relief granted earlier stands vacated.
