( 1 ) THE present petition is filed seeking a direction against the respondents to comply with the judgement dated 8th April, 1992 rendered by this Court in Special Civil Application No. 7016 of 1989. The petitioner was to get all benefits in view of the judgement of this Court in Special Civil Application No. 3238 of 1978, 6166 of 1983 and 803 of 1986 as the Resolution dated 11th February, 1978 was quashed and set aside by this Court. It is also prayed in this petition to give a direction to the respondents to make the payment to the petitioner with 18% interest from the date of her retirement i. e. 31. 5. 1984, till the realisation of the amount of provident fund, gratuity, pensionary benefits and other consequential benefits calculated on the basis of the pay scale of Rs. 380-560 with effect from 1. 1. 1973.

( 2 ) HEARD Mr. K. G. Pandit, learned Advocate for the petitioner, and Mr. M. S. Rao, learned AGP for the respondent-State. Having heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner and having gone through the record of the case, the petition is required to be dismissed on the sole ground that it suffers from suppressio vari and suggestio falsi.
