1. This is an application seeking review of the judgment and order passed by this Court dated 30th October 2015 in the Special Civil Application No. 5999 of 2002. The review is sought for on the ground that few contentions although canvassed at the time of the hearing of the main matter, yet those have not been dealt with in the judgment.

2. The applicant herein challenged the order of dismissal from service by filing the Special Civil Application No. 5999 of 2002. The same was rejected observing as under:

"7. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and having gone through the materials on record, the only question that falls for my consideration is whether the authorities concerned committed any error in passing the impugned orders.
