1. All these applications are preferred by the respective applicants/original appellants i.e. original petitioners for an appropriate interim order to stay further implementation and operation of the respective judgment and orders passed by learned Single Judge in respective Special Civil Applications.
2. At the outset, it is required to be noted that earlier the Division Bench had granted interim relief; as prayed for in the respective matters and the same continues till the date. Main Appeals are heard by this Bench today and are reserved for orders. Under the circumstances, without prejudice to the rights of respective parties of the main Letters Patent Appeals, subject to outcome of the main Letters Patent Appeals, ad-interim granted in respective Civil Applications are directed to be continued till final disposal of the main Letters Patent Appeals.
3. All these Civil Applications stand disposed of accordingly.
