1. Following are the prayers sought for by the petitioners:

(A) Your Lordships may be pleased to issue any appropriate writ, direction or order directing and restricting the Police Inspector, respondent No.3 herein from entertaining any complaint in reference to kidnapping or missing of the petitioner, and also direct respondent no.3 to provide police protection in case of emergency.

(B) Your lordships may be pleased to direct and restrict the respondent no.3 herein from taking any kind of coercive steps that might affect personal liberty and life of the petitioner or that may require the presence of corpus and further pending this petition, be pleased to direct the respondent no.2 to provide with Police protection till the final disposal of this petition.

(C) Such other and further relief as Your Lordships may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice be granted.
