JUDGMENT :

J.B.PARDIWALA, J.

1. This appeal under Clause 15 of the Letters Patent is at the instance of the original writ applicant of a writ application and is directed against the judgment and order passed by a learned Single Judge of this Court in the Special Civil Application No.9894 of 2016, whereby the learned Single Judge thought fit to reject the writ application.

2. The facts, giving rise to this appeal, may be summarized as under;

2.1 The appellant herein filed the Special Civil Application No.9894 of 2016 with the following prayers;

“(A) YOUR LORDSHIP may be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction quashing and setting aside the order dated 23.2.2016 passed by Secretary, Revenue Department (Appeals), Ahmedabad in Revision Application No.6 of 2010 in the interest of justice.

(B) During the pendency and final disposal of the present petition, YOUR LORDSHIPS may be pleased to stay the operation, implementation and execution of the order dated 23.2.2016 passed by Secretary, Revenue Department (Appeals), Ahmedabad in Revision Applica
