JUDGMENT :

ASHOKKUMAR C. JOSHI, J.

1. The Applicants have filed this Application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing of the FIR No. I-CR No. 11191005200315 dated 15.08.2020 registered with Khadia Police Station, Ahmedabad City for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 114, 294(b), and 427 of the Indian Penal Code with all further and consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

2. Heard learned Advocate Mr. Panam C Soni for the Applicants, learned APP Mr. Hardik Soni for the Respondent - State of Gujarat and learned Advocate Mr. Keval Barot appearing on behalf of Respondent No.2 - Original Complainant, through video conference. Registry to accept the vakalatnama of learned advocate Mr. Keval Barot for the original complainant.

3. Learned advocate for the applicant Mr. Panam C. Soni does not press this application qua applicant no.1. Hence, the present petition is disposed of as not pressed qua applicant no.1.

4. Learned Advocate for the Applicants has submitted to the Court that amicable settlement is arrived at between the Complainant and the Applicants Accused nos. 2, 3 and 4 and the Affidavit to that effect is also placed on record at Annexure
