ORDER :

1. By way of this petition, which is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioners have prayed that the respondent No.1 be directed to provide the petitioners an opportunity of hearing before deciding the Inquiry No.358 of 2020.

2. By way of draft amendment, petitioners have also challenged the order dated 26.02.2021 passed by the respondent No.1 on applications filed by the petitioners for leading evidence.

3. Draft amendment is allowed. Petitioners to carry out the same forthwith.
