JUDGMENT :

1 In the Special Civil Application No.21189 of 2018 filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the writ applicant has prayed for the following reliefs:

“(A) Your Lordships may be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or directions quashing and setting aside the impugned order dated 13.12.2018 passed by the respondent -CPCB (at Annexure-T hereto) and also further be pleased to direct respondent No.2 not to take any coercive action against the petitioner – company and/or its directors;

(A-1) Your Lordships may be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or directions quashing and setting aside the impugned order dated 05.01.2019 passed by the respondent – GPCB (at Annexure-Y hereto);

(B) During the pendency and final disposal of the present petition Your Lordships may be pleased to stay further operation, implementation and execution of the impugned order dated 13.12.2018 passed by the respondent – GPCB (at Annexure-T hereto) and also further be pleased to direct respondent No.2 not to take any coercive action ag
