1. Heard learned Advocate Mr. Dipak Joshi for the petitioner and learned AGP Mr. Dhanwan Jayswal for Respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

2. By this petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:

[A] Your Lordship may be pleased to issue Writ of Mandamus or a Writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, Order or direction quashing and setting aside the impugned Order/communication dated 18/20.03.2020 (Annexure "A" hereto) issued by Respondent No. 2 and further be pleased to direct Respondent No. 2 to reconsider the case of the Petitioner and Further be pleased to direct Respondent No. 2 to consider the eligibility of the Petitioners to grant the benefit under G.R. dated 13.11.2019 for the Academic Year 2019-20.
