ORDER :

1. Rule returnable forthwith. Mr. Soaham Joshi, learned AGP for the respondent State waives service of notice of rule.

2. The petitioners have prayed to consider the case of the petitioners for absorption in District Education Committee, Aravalli and to be allowed to have their lien in view of the Government Resolution dated 23.08.1973 as well as in view of the oral judgement passed in Special Civil Application No. 15391 of 2011.

3. Mr. Vasant Barot, learned advocate for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have already sent a letter to the respondent authority for getting the benefits of lien because they are eligible and entitle to get the said benefits as per the Government Resolution dated 23.08.1973. He would submit that the petitioners have completed more than 17 to 20 years of service and they were selected as Vidhya Sahayaks. He has relied on the decision of this court rendered in Special Civil Application No. 20333 of 2019 and allied matters wherein similar issue was adjudicated and the court passed order on 13.09.2022 allowing the petition.

4. Having heard learned advocates for the respective parties and on a perusal of the representation dated 24.01.2022
