1. By this writ petition, writ petitioners (two in numbers) are praying for quashing the orders of one Shri Y. Neta Singh, respondent No. 4, Director of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, Manipur-cum-Joint Secretary (RD and PR), Manipur, viz., (1) order of Shri Y. Neta Singh, respondent No. 4, Director of Rural Development & Panchayati Raj, being No. 1/133/77-RD/XI (Pt) Porompat 2.11.2006 and (2) order of Shri Y. Neta Singh, respondent No. 4, Director of Rural Development & Panchayati Raj, being No. 1/48/77-RD/V Porompat 1.4.2006 for cancelling the appointment of writ petitioners as Road Mohorrir because of repatriation of two Section Officers namely, (1) Shri Kh. Girani Singh and (2) Shri K. Poireicha Singh, against whose deputation vacancies petitioners were appointed as Road Mohorrirs to their parent department and reversion to their substantive posts of Road Mohorrir.
