A detailed order was passed in Misc. Case No.3819 of 2013 on 10.3.2014, which reads as under :-

“Heard Mr NJ Khataniar, learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner. Also heard Mr KN Chowdhury, learned Addl. Advocate General, Assam and Mr R Sarma, learned Asstt. Solicitor General of India for the respondents.

This is an application made by respondent Nos. 1 to 6 praying therein for modification of the interim order dated 1.3.2013 which reads as under :-

“Mr. B.J. Talukdar, learned Govt. Advocate, Assam, seeks time to file response on behalf of respondent No.9. In the meanwhile, arrangement under which the road is open from 7.00 AM to 7.00 P.M. which is operative upto March 5. 2013 may continue till March 12.2013.

Learned counsel for the State may also get a map showing the area allotted to Army.

List for further consideration on March 11. 2013, as prayed.”.

Notice of this application was served upon the petitioners as also on the State counsel with a view to find out as to whether any case is made out for modification of the order dated 1.3.2013 quoted above. Replies have been filed.
