1. Heard Mr. R.K.D. Choudhury, learned DSGI, appearing for the applicant. Perused the grounds taken in the IA.

2. The IA has been filed under section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 read with section 21(5) of the National Investigation Agency Act, 2008, with a prayer to condone the delay of 53 days in preferring the connected appeal.

3. Issue notice calling upon the respondents to show cause as to why the delay of 53 days should not be condoned.

4. Notice is made returnable in four weeks.

5. Steps by registered post with A/D within three days from today.
