1. This Rent Control Revision filed by the tenant is directed against the judgment dated 23.3.2016 of the Rent Control Appellate Authority, Palakkad in R.C.A.No.4/2014. The R.C.A. was filed by the petitioner/landlord against the order dated 29.01.2014 in R.C.P. No. 31/2012 of the Rent Control Court (Additional Munsiff), Palakkad. The respondent herein is the landlord.

2. For the sake of convenience, the parties to this revision are referred to in accordance with their original status in the R.C.P. as the landlord and the tenant.

3. The R.C.P. was filed before the Rent Control Court, Palakkad by the landlord seeking for an order of eviction of the tenant from the premises rented out and specifically described in the schedule to the said petition, on the grounds under Section 11(2)(b) and 11(4)(iii) of the Kerala Buildings(Lease and Rent Control) Act, 1965 (Act 2 of 1965) (for short 'the Act').
