1. These appeals by a common appellant arise from the judgment delivered by a learned single Judge of this court in W.P. (C) No. 18580 of 2014 and W.P. (C) No. 17361 of 2013 respectively. The appellants are the petitioners in W.P. (C) No. 18580 of 2014. The common respondent in these appeals is the petitioner in W.P. (C) No. 17361 of 2013. By judgment delivered on 31.05.2017, the learned single Judge allowed W.P. (C) No. 17361 of 2013 and directed the appellants to implement Ext.P2 award passed by the Co-operative Arbitration Court expeditiously and at any rate within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment. By the very same judgment, W.P. (C) No. 18580 of 2014 filed by the appellant challenging the very same award passed by the Co-operative Arbitration Court and the order passed by the Co-operative Tribunal affirming it, was dismissed.
