1. Issue notice to respondents. Rule is made returnable within two weeks. Notices be given dasti for services.

2. Issue notice on stay application also.

In the meanwhile, Respondent No. 3 i.e. Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI) is restrained from taking any action under Section 13(4) of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Ordinance 2002 as proposed vide notice dated 27.2002 (Annexure 12) to the writ petition.
