Hon'ble SHARMA, J.—This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer:

(i) the impugned dismissal/termination order dated 8.12.93 (Annexure-22) be declared illegal and may kindly be set aside and the petitioner be reinstated in service with all consequential benefits.

(ii) direct the respondents to pay the due salary of the petitioner with interest @ 18% per annum.

(iii) in the alternative direct the respondents to keep the petitioner on the appropriate post suitable according to his qualification or in the alternate the petitioner may be asked to pass the B.Ed. from recognised University during the service and upto that time the petitioner may be allowed to work as untrained Teacher Gr.III.

2. Brief facts of the case are that the petitioner passed Secondary examination in the year 1976, Higher Secondary Examination in the year 1977 from Board of Secondary Education Ajmer. T.D.C. (Arts) in the year 1980, M.A. (Economics) in the year 1982 and M.A. Political Science in the year 1984 from University of Rajasthan. The petitioner passed B.Ed. Examination in the year 1986 from Maitheli Vishvavidyapeeth Central University Darbhanga Bihar as a student of Delhi Vishwa
