1. - This is an application by Atlbal Singh, who alleged that his son Udai Singh. a young boy of 18 years, was matreilessty murdered by S. H.O. Shri Umesh alongwith his brother-in-Law Suresh Saxena and other accused, and 'n a fake incident was sought to be created by putting the dead body near By railway line. When he came to know that the dead body of his son was near the railway line. he reached in the morning and found that there was confuse bleeding and certain other symptoms of putting grease liquid etc. into nose on account of which he was convinced that it was not a case of accident. He made a complaint to the police but that was not entertained. Then he went to the Railway Police where the case was registered on 28.10. 5. Since according to him S H O. Umesh himself was involved and some other persons who were connected with the S. P Office. ' lwar were also involved, therefore, effort was made to destroy the evidence and not to allow a fair investigation.
