JUDGMENT

1. - Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned public prosecutor.

1. After hearing learned counsel for the petitioners and learned public prosecutor I am of the opinion that to meet the ends of justice it is essential to give an opportunity to the petitioners to cross-examine P.W. 2 to PW. 12.

2. Consequently, the petition is allowed and learned trial court is directed to give an opportunity to the petitioners to cross-examine Papu Ram PW. 2, Manju PW. 3, Bala P.W. 4, Manoj PW. 5, Dr. Birbal Yadav PW. 6, Dr. Vinay Kumar PW. 7, Rajesh PW. 8, Vijay Kumar PW 9, Mam Chand PW. 10, Hajari Lai PW 11 and Balbir PW. 12.The petition stands disposed of as above.Petition disposed of as above.
