2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties and gone through the impugned order. The learned Judge has rejected the application for amendment of plaint on merits.

3. In my considered opinion, the learned Judge has committed serious illegality and irregularity in rejecting the amendment application on merits. In case the order is allowed to stand, it would cause irreparable injury to the petitioners.

4. Consequently, I allow the revision, set aside the impugned order and allow the amendment application on costs of Rs. 500/-.Revision Allowed.
