JUDGMENT

1. - Learned counsel for the appellant submits that appellant is appearing in the examination of M.A. Previous (Public Administration) which will be held from 26.3.2003 to 24.4.2003 and the University of Rajasthan, Jaipur has also issued an admission card to him. A photostat copy of admission card has been enclosed with this application for IInd bail and an affidavit of Shri Pankaj has also been filed. He further submits that in these circumstances, appellant-Om Prakash @ Baba may be released on bail upto 25.4.2003. Learned Public Prosecutor is also heard.

2. In the facts and circumstances of the case, I consider it just and proper to accept IInd bail application for interim bail upto 25.4.2003, it is ordered that accused-appellant-Om Prakash @ Baba be released on interim bail, provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two surety bonds in the sum of Rs. 5,000/- each to the satisfaction of the trial Court, with the stipulation that the appellant shall surrender himself before the concerned jail authority on 25.4.2003 before 1.00 p.m.Bail application accepted.
