JUDGMENT
1. - This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. against the order dated 27.8.2007 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Sikar in Criminal Appeal No. 29/2007 whereby the appellate Court refused to record compromise on an application filed under Section 320 Cr.P.C.
2. Briefly stated, the facts for the disposal of the present petition are that non-petitioner No. 2 Sumitra Aaloriya lodged an F.I.R. against the petitioners for the offence under Sections 498-A and 307 I.P.C. and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. After usual investigation the case was committed before the learned Court below for trial. At the time of framing of charge learned Court below discharged the accused petitioners from the offence under Section 307 I.P.C. and framed charge under Sections 498-A and 324 I.P.C. and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. After trial and on hearing learned counsel for the parties the learned trial Court vide its order dated 13.4.2007 convicted and sentenced the accused-petitioners.
