JUDGMENT
1. - This bail application under Section 439 Cr.RC. has been filed by the petitioners against whom investigation is pending for offence under Section 19/54 of the Excise Act, in FIR No. 280/2002 at RS. Mahuwa Distt. Dausa wherein the allegation against the petitioners are that 50,000 pouches of Liquor were being transported by them in a tanker.
2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned P.R and have also perused the papers placed before me. In the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it just and proper to release the petitioners on bail.
3. In the result, the bail application is allowed and it is directed that the petitioners Satyendra Kumar and Trilok Singh, shall be released on bail; on their furnishing a personal bond each in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- together with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of concerned Court for their appearance before that Court on each and every date of hearing until conclusion of the trial.Keeping the facts and circumstances of the case - Bail granted.
