JUDGMENT

1. - Heard the learned counsel for the accused applicants Shri Satyendra Kumar Gupta as well as the learned Public Prosecutor.

2. It is urged by learned counsel for the accused applicants Shri Gupta that in the present case, co-accused Ramesh was granted bail on 23.1.2001 and another co-accused Rameshwar is also granted bail on the aforesaid date. It is urged that the accused applicants are entitled to be enlarged on bail on the ground of parity.

3. I am of the view that there is substance in the submissions made by the learned counsel and both the accused applicants are entitled to be enlarged on bail on the ground of parity.

4. It is ordered that accused Banno @ Banwari S/o Lakhi and Lajja S/o Panchhi be enlarged on bail provided each one of them furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of like amount to the satisfaction of the learned trial court for their appearance before the said court during the pendency of trial against them in this case.Bail granted.
