JUDGMENT

1. - Heard.

2. The petitioner is facing trial for the offence under section 302 IPC in Session Case No. 424/92 "State of Rajasthan v. Dr. (Smt.) Manjula Sharma in the court of Sessions Judge, Jhunjhunu. She has filed this application under section 407' Cr.PC praying that the said case be transferred from the court of Sessions Judge, Jhunjunu to the court of Sessions Judge, Jaipur City or Jaipur District on the ground that she apprehends political influence at Jhunjhunu and her life is in danger when she goes to Jhunjhunu for facing the trial. Later on the petitioner filed another application under section 482 Cr.PC wherein she has submitted that she belongs to weaker section, that on each and every date of hearing of the trial a huge crowd assembles in the court premises and uses filthy words and passes unhealthy remarks on her and that she apprehends danger to her life. She therefore prayed that the Superintendent of Police Jhunjhunu be impleaded as a party in this transfer petition. During the course of arguments Shri Chattarjee has submitted that if necessary police protection is provided to the petitioner on the dates of hearing in the aforementioned Sessions Case fro
