JUDGMENT
1. . - This revision petition is directed against the judgment dated March 9, 1972, of the learned Sessions Judge, Sri Ganganagar, upholding the judgment of the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Sri Ganganagar, dated July 30, 1971, whereby the learned Assistant Sessions Judge convicted the petitioner under Section 420, IPC., and sentenced him to three years' rigorous imprisonment and to pay a line of Rs. 500/-, in default of payment of which, to suffer further rigorous imprisonment for three months. He was also convicted under sections 467 and 471, IPC., and sentenced to three years' rigorous imprisonment under each count.
2. The petitioner was tried before the Assistant Sessions Judge, Sri Ganganagar, for offences under sections 420, 467 and 471, IPC.
