JUDGMENT

1. - These three connected appeals are directed against the judgment of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Nohar, whereby, he convicted the appellant Harphool for offence under Section 148, IPC and sentenced him to undergo 2 years R.I. and to pay fine of Rs. 500/-, in default of payment of fine to further undergo 3 months R.I. He further convicted him for offence under Sec. 302/149, IPC and sentenced him to undergo life imprisonment, and to pay a fine of Rs. 500/-, in default of payment of fine to further undergo 3 months R.I. He also convicted Maniram, Bhagirath, Ram Ratan & Ramkumar for offence under sec. 147, IPC and sentenced to each of them to undergo 2 years' R.I. and to pay a fine of Rs. 500/- each in default of payment of fine to further undergo 3 months' R.I. He further convicted them for offence under Sec. 302 read with Sec. 149, IPC and sentenced each of them to further undergo life imprisonment and to pay a fine of Rs. 500/- each, in default of payment of fine to further undergo 3 months R.I. All the substantive sentences in respect of each accused-appellants shall run concurrently.
