JUDGMENT

1. - Heard.The appellant was on deputation on the post of Signaller. His case is that he has been On deputation for ten years and now he has been reverted to his parent post of Beldar, where he is now working. After he was sent back to the post of Beldar, he is being paid salary of Beldar. The prayer of the appellant is that his pay on the post of Signaller should be protected.

2. No law-has been cited by the learned Counsel that when a deputationist is reverted to his original post, the pay granted on the deputation post should be protected. In absence of statutory sanction, pay cannot be protected. Learned ' Single Judge has rejected the writ-petition on sound reasoning. In that view of the matter, no relief can be granted to the appellant. The appeal having no force is hereby dismissed.Appeal Dismissed.
