2. Being aggrieved of the judgment dated 27.01.2005 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge (Fast Track) No.1, Jhunjhunu in Sessions Case No.101/2003 (170/2003), the accused appellants have preferred this appeal under section 374(2) Cr.P.C. The learned trial court has convicted and sentenced the accused appellants as under:

"Under Section 302 IPC: Imprisonment for life and to pay a fine of Rs.5,000/-, in default of payment to further undergo R.I. for three months;
Under Section 323 IPC: Rigorous imprisonment for one year;
Under Section 447 IPC: Rigorous imprisonment for three months;

"Under Section 302/34 IPC: Imprisonment for life and to pay a fine of Rs.5,000/-, in default of payment to further undergo R.I. for three months;
Under Section 323 IPC: Rigorous imprisonment for one year;
