JUDGMENT

Vijay Bishnoi, J. - This criminal appeal under section 14A(2) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 (hereinafter to be referred as 'the SC/ST Act') has been filed on behalf of the appellants being aggrieved with the order dated 27.03.2019 passed by the Special Judge, Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Cases, Churu (hereinafter to be referred as 'trial court') in Criminal Misc. Bail No.118/2019 (Sessions Case No.09/2019), whereby the trial court has dismissed the bail application filed on behalf of the appellants.

2. The appellants have been arrested in FIR No.67/2018 of Police Station Ratan Nagar, District Churu for the offences punishable under Section 302/34 IPC and section 3(2)(5) of SC/ST Act.

Learned counsel for the appellants has submitted that as per the charge-sheet, the allegation against the appellants is to the effect that they brutally assaulted deceased Asharam in their house, which resulted into his death. Learned counsel for the appellants has submitted that as a matter of fact deceased Asharam came to the house of appellants with the intention to meet their sister, who was in relation
