JUDGMENT
Vijay Bishnoi, J. - Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Public Prosecutor and also perused the material on record.
2. The petitioners have been arrested in FIR No.56/2019 of Police Station Kalu, District Bikaner for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 307, 325, 323, 341/31 of IPC. They have preferred this bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that allegation against the petitioners is to the effect that they inflicted injury on the head of injured Mangilal. It is further submitted that the petitioners are son-in-law of the injured Mangilal and as some dispute between the petitioners and their wives took place, injured-Mangilal and other persons came to the house of the petitioners, where during conversation, some altercation took place and at that time, both the parties quarreled with each other, in which, Mangilal received injury on the head. It is submitted that as per the medical report, there is only one injury on the head of injured Mangilal, however, the said injury has not been assigned to any of the petitioners and the witnesses have stated that both the petitioners inflicted
