Pradeep Nandrajog C.J. - Instant criminal appeal has been filed by the appellants under Section 374(2) Cr.P.C., 1973 against the judgment dated 12.05.2009 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge (FT) Dungarpur in Sessions Case No. 2/2009 by which the learned trial court convicted and sentenced the appellants as under:--
