JUDGMENT
Mohammad Rafiq, J. - Since all these appeals arise out of a common judgment, therefore, they were heard together and are being decided by this common judgment. These appeals, except Appeal No. 243/2015 have been filed by the accused-appellants namely Manish Aggarwal; Ramesh Adwani @ Shambhu; Virender Singh @ Vijendra Singh; Ajay Dixit @ Bunty; Rajkishor Singh @ Sonu respectively, challenging judgment and order dated 12.01.2015 passed by the Court of Special Judge (Sati Prevention), Rajasthan & Additional Sessions Judge, Jaipur City, Jaipur (for short 'the trial court') whereby the aforesaid accused-appellants have been convicted and sentenced in the following manner:
