JUDGMENT

1. A reply to the writ petition has been filed on behalf of the respondent No. 7 Northern Western Railway through Email. The Union of India and the State of Rajasthan have filed written submissions through Whatsapp/Email, which are taken on record.

2. The copies of the reply and written submissions may be forwarded to the petitioner on his Email address.

3. We have heard the petitioner on Whatsapp Video Call through Official Mobile No. 8279081472.

4. Having gone through the written submissions made by the Union of India and the State of Rajasthan, we are satisfied that all appropriate measures are being taken by the Central Government and the State Government to control and combat the menace of Coronavirus and therefore, we are not inclined to pass any interim direction at this stage.
