JUDGMENT
1. This appeal is preferred on behalf of the appellant being aggrieved with the judgment dated 12.03.2019 passed by Judge, Family Court, Dungarpur (hereinafter to be referred as 'Family Court'), whereby it has dismissed the application preferred on behalf of the appellant under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. The Family Court while dismissing the application came to the conclusion that the allegations of cruelty and desertion on the part of the respondent No.l were not well founded.
2. A joint application (Inward No.1/2020 dated 02.01.2020) has been filed on behalf of both the parties seeking decree of divorce by mutual consent in light of the amicable settlement arrived at between them and for waving the cooling off period.
3. On 03.01.2020, when the matter was listed before this Court, learned counsel for the parties had submitted that the compromise has been arrived at between the parties and, therefore, the matter be placed before the Mediation Centre, Rajasthan High Court, Jodhpur, so that the conditions of settlement arrived at between the parties can be recorded.
