ORDER :

1. The applicants Dheeraj Kumar and Kalyan Patel (petitioners No.10 & 38) have filed an application (I.A.No.01/2021) seeking withdrawal of the writ petition qua them.

2. Mr. Rishi Soni, learned counsel for the respondents, points out that many of the petitioners, including petitioner No.1 – Vijendra Kumar, have withdrawn the writ petition on 07.08.2020. He submits that not only the cause title but also the record of the High Court needs to be corrected accordingly.

3. It is to be noted that applicants have claimed themselves to be petitioners No.10 & 38, whereas it is not so in the cause title.

4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, in order to avoid confusion and to set the record straight, the entire writ petition is permitted to be withdrawn.

5. Remaining petitioners may file a fresh writ petition within a period of ten days.

6. Interim order dated 10.09.2020 shall continue till 31.08.2021.

7. The writ petition and stay application stand disposed of accordingly.
